This workshop is all about business growth!

This 3-hour session will be a great opportunity to reflect upon and review what you are currently doing, what does and doesn’t work, collaborate and learn from your peers in the room about tools, techniques and suggestions to support future growth in an efficient and profitable way.

This interactive and informative workshop will give you whistle stop tour around your business and help to assess what is required to drive growth and ultimately make more profit. Attendees will understand how to improve productivity, make better business decisions, increase turnover and attract new clients.

This workshop is being delivered by Maria Peggs. Maria is highly experienced professional with more than 30yrs working at Director level and now working as a Board Advisor, Mentor and Facilitator supporting ambitious business owners or groups of entrepreneurs that require specialist business skills and direction to achieve their growth potential.

Maria has an infectious, motivational, fun yet highly professional way of driving people to push themselves to achieve their ambitions whilst always keeping an eye on the bottom line.

To be eligible to attend this workshop, you should be currently running an established business based in the Leicester City Council area.
