The Customer Service IS NOT Customer Experience workshop gives delegates the insights needed to understand the practical and emotional differences between customer service and customer experience. Understanding the difference can lead to more repeat customers and improved brand perception.
This 3-part workshop will cover:-
Week 1 – 2nd September 9.30-12.30
Discover the difference between Customer Service and Customer Experience - understand what separates Customer Service from Customer Experience and why that distinction matters now more than ever.
Week 2 – 9th September 9.30-12.30
Learn to Lead with Customer Experience - develop the mindset and tools to implement meaningful, lasting improvements to every touchpoint in your customer's journey
Week 3 – 16th September – 9.30-12.30
Shift from Service to Experience - how to move beyond basic service delivery and build a culture where customer experience is everything.
